Mr. Benedict Mulbah Lavelah Sr. was born on June 7, 1984. His both parents are Mr. Mark Jerry Lavelah Sr. and Mrs. Ama Sekum Boly, and were living in the port City of Buchanan Grand Bassa County. Mr. Lavelah spent most of his teenage years in Buchanan City, Grand Bassa County.
In 2009 Mr. Lavelah moved to Monrovia, and was residing in Saytown community. Mr. Lavelah is an ambitious man and someone who is willing to learn always.
During the period of 2007-2010, Mr. Lavelah enrolled at the African Methodist Episcopal Zion University, where he read Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Administration.
Mr. Benedict Mulbah Sr, is a proud product of the Wilfred E. Clark Colleague of Criminal Justice where he earned Bachelor of Art Degree (BA) in Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Administration.

Mr. Lavelah is also a 2018 graduate of Strayer University where he graduated with a Master in Business Administration (MBA) with concentration in public administration. Ben, as he is affectionately called by friends, is currently a student at the American Military University. He is reading Global Security and International Relations. Mr. Lavelah is also a graduate of the Liberian National Police Training Academy.

Mr. Benedict Mulbah Lavelah Sr. is currently a federal employee at the United States Postal Service. The area of Security has always been the primary concern of Mr. Lavelah. He had earned himself numerous certificates as a Certified Fraud Examiner, investigation and access control. Mr. Lavelah was part of the United Nation Mission in the Liberia Fire Department. Mr. Lavelah is a member of Liberia National police first college graduate officers with the code name Special cops. Mr. Lavelah is a member of the Anti-fraud investigation Organization in the United States of America. Mr. Benedict Mulbah Lavelah Sr, is an entrepreneur and the owner of Benthel Merchandise Business in America and Benthel Group of Company in Liberia, which gives birth to Benthel Bureau of Investigation and Guard Service in Liberia.
